you work full-time as a REALTOR®?
- How many listings do you have at this time? (More is always better — it
means more buyer calls.)
- Do you have a full-time staff of Professionals to see that no details are
overlooked?
- How many potential buyers do you talk with in a day? A week? A month? A
year?
- In what ways will you encourage other REALTORS® to sell my home?
- Do you have a system to follow-up on other agents so that we get valuable
feedback after each showing?
- How many properties have you sold within the past 6 months? 90 days? 30
days?
- Do you have references that I may check? (Sellers who are currently or
have been listed with them.)
- Are you associated with a national referral network that refers their
buyers to you so that you can refer me to the top agent in the town or state
I may be moving to?
- Are you on the Internet exposing my property to millions of buyers
instantly? Do you have a Web Site? Does your company have a Web Site?
- How many Search Engines are you on? How will you get my home on the
most search engines?
- What is my property worth? What
listing price do you recommend? How did you arrive at that price?
- Do you have a Specific Marketing Plan designed to sell my property quickly
and for top dollar?
- In what publications will you be advertising my home and how many times
will it be advertised per month? Per week?
- What and how many marketing systems do you offer that no one else has

- Do you attend the weekly Board of REALTORS'® meetings? When is it? What do
they do? How will you promote my home?
- How do you qualify buyers so that you know if they are in a hurry to
move, serious but not in a hurry, bargain hunters, or will never buy?
