The buyer's agent will deliver or FAX a copy of the offer to me. I will
then set an appointment with you to completely go over the offer and make a
decision to accept or counter the offer if necessary.
The buyer's agent will present the offer to you. I will be present to ask
or answer any questions for you. After all of our questions have been answered
by the buyer's agent, we will privately review the offer and make a decision to
accept or counter the offer if necessary.
If I take the offer from the buyer, I will set an appointment with you to
present the offer as a fair, neutral third party. Lyon Real Estate would be
representing both the buyer & seller in this scenario.
