involved. In other words, they had become servants. In the truest sense, they
had learned to humble themselves.
Strange words, you're probably thinking, from someone who promotes herself
and her team as much as I do. But I do this not because we like to put ourselves

- Promote your home at the weekly Lyon office meeting exposing your home to
the 100+ Lyon Agents at the Roseville & Rocklin office.
- Schedule a Lyon Tour of your property.
- Attend & promote your home at the weekly Placer or Sacramento Board of
REALTOR's meeting.
- Schedule a Board tour of your property.
- Phone all potential buyers with details of your listing.
- Create promotional flyers for your home both inside in an acrylic flyer
stand as well as outside in the brochure box.
- Flyers will be delivered to your home every Friday & Monday, or sooner, so
that the box will always have flyers.
- Distribute flyers to agents and offices in the area.
- Place advertising in the Sacramento Bee, Placer Herald or the Press
Tribune.
- Place advertising in the monthly Board Magazine "Home Buyers Edge".
- Hold "Open Houses" and place "Open House" ads in the Sacramento Bee
(Optional).
- Follow-up on all Agent showings of your property by email.
- Create a new marketing plan and price change if necessary.
- Represent you upon the presentation of all contracts and offers presented
by other Agents and help you negotiate the best price and terms for you.
- Handle details, follow up, and oversee all INSPECTIONS, MORTGAGE, TITLE, ESCROW & all other CLOSING PROCEDURES necessary to complete the sale of your
home!
