It’s time again to clean out those closets and garages to get ready for our 14th annual North Stanford Ranch Garage Sale! Mark Saturday, July 12, 2008 on your calendars now so you won’t forget this successful event.

Everyone in the designated area is invited to participate. I will do all the preliminaries to get the word out to the public such as advertising in the Sacramento Bee and the Placer Herald/Press Tribune, putting out signs and maps of the homes participating, and providing you with balloons, signs, paper, pens, information, stickers, teens to hand out maps to all of your homes, etc. for your successful event at absolutely no cost to you.

Last year we had over 300 participants and about 1000 people attending the sale.  We do the work, you sell, sell, sell.
